If after receiving your order you wish to return a product, the company follows a single policy regarding the returns of products sold through its website, which is in accordance with European and Greek consumer protection legislation.

According to this you have the right to return the product or products you bought online through our eshop MOYZAKHS-SHOES or by phone within 3 days from the date you receive your order and to return the product within 14 days from the date of approval of your request from us.
You can return your purchases for any reason - even if you just changed your mind.
For all cases of product return you should:
Fill in the online return form or call us at 2242030429 working days and hours, so that your request can be approved. After your request is registered electronically, we will inform you by email or phone-sms about its progress.
Basic condition (instructions) for the return of products are:
1) The product has not been used and is in its original condition, in its original packaging and all the contents (cards, fabric case, certificates, etc.) that accompany the product, are in excellent condition.
2) The product box should also be in excellent condition, without any signs of wear.
3) The retail receipt or the purchase invoice only if you want a refund, in case of change is not needed.
* In case the product has been processed or damaged or the box has been deformed, the return will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you at your own expense.

All cases of product returns as well as the corresponding customer charges (where available) are listed below.
1. CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
If you wish to change the product you purchased, in any of the following cases you have the right to return it and request its replacement with another product.
a) Change in number or plan (Cost: € 6.00 for Greece - € 15.00 for Cyprus)
b) Change in case the product is defective (Cost: € 0.00)
c) Change because you received the wrong (other) product (Cost: € 0.00)

you must first notify us within 14 days of the date you received it and follow the change procedure as described below.
In case of change of the purchased product (within Greece), the customer is not charged with shipping costs for the first change if the purchased final product exceeds 50 euros and is charged with 6 euros if the purchased final product costs less than 50 euros.
If the customer wishes to make more than one change will be charged with the amount of 6 euros for each regardless of the value of the product and the change will be performed by the courier company AND ONLY (ELTA COURIER).
The change will be accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by the courier company to the customer. Changes after the end of 14 days will not be accepted except in case of defective product, according to Greek legislation.
The returned product must be unbearable, in its original condition and packaging and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
If the value of the new product is less than that returned then the difference will be credited to the customer as soon as the change in bank account of his choice is completed.
If the value of the new product is higher than that returned then the difference must be paid by cash on delivery or by deposit in our bank account (before sending the new product). As soon as the returned product is received by our company and after it is established that all the above are met, the new product will be sent to the customer within 1-3 working days.
We inform you that the company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.

All orders in the offers category regardless of order cost will have replacement costs.
Products belonging to the category "OUTLET" are not subject to the terms of free changes and are charged with shipping costs € 6.00 per product. (Shipping and receiving costs) If the order concerns more than one (1) product, then the above charge applies to each product separately.

The offered products are not subject to combined discounts.
In the products that belong to the section "OUTLET" as well as "OFFERS - SPECIAL OFFERS" of the previous season, ONLY changes with product are accepted.
